I had a wonderful stay at Romy By Amano. The location of the hotel was excellent, overlooking Berlin Central Station and providing a lovely view. The room decor was modern and clean, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony. The complimentary chilled bottle of water upon arrival was a nice touch. The hotel also had free wifi and an excellent shower. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety of options.
I had a minor issue with the lights in my room. the front desk promptly resolved the problem and sent someone to fix it.

As young holiday goers, we loved the modern interior design and the great shower in our room. The hotel also had a fantastic location, right next to the Hauptbahnhof Train Station, which made it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. Hotel Romy By Amano delivered more than expected and provided great amenities for our stay.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

Great location, just across the road from the main train station. Convenient transportation options with bus/tram stops and subway entrance nearby. Soundproof rooms, no traffic noise despite facing a busy street. Wide variety of options for the breakfast buffet, open until 11 am on weekdays

The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day.
The lack of communication options when it came to the lights in the room. Not being able to turn them off was frustrating and having to go down to the front desk was inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient for business travelers, as it is right in front of the central train station. It is also very close to the main train station, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The rooms are modern and well-designed, with comfortable beds and a sleek bathroom. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day. The staff, for the most part, are kind and helpful, offering their assistance when needed.
There have been instances where some of the staff members have displayed impatience or indifference towards guests, which does not align with the overall positive experience at the hotel.
